Thank you for using Vaultify (“the App”), developed by Ashraful (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. Vaultify is built to keep your files private and offline.

1 Overview

Vaultify is an offline document and file management application. Its main purpose is to let you store photos, PDFs, videos, and documents privately on your own device.

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server.

2 Information We Collect

We collect nothing from you.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal identity.
We do not collect your files, photos, documents, or videos.
We do not track your location.
We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools.
We do not have user accounts or login systems connected to the internet.

All your files and data remain only on your device.

3 Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your phone:

Files you upload (photos, PDFs, videos, documents, etc.)
Folder structure you create
App settings (such as Grid/List view preference)
Optional PIN / password (stored only on your device)

This data never leaves your device unless you yourself choose to share, download, or export a file.

4 Permissions We Request

The App may ask for the following permissions:

Permission	Why we need it
Camera	To let you take photos directly inside the App
Photos / Media / Files	To let you select and upload files from your gallery or storage
Notifications	To show useful alerts (upload complete, download complete, etc.)

We use these permissions only for the features mentioned above. We do not access your files in the background.

5 Internet Access

Vaultify’s core features work completely offline. The App does not require an internet connection to store, view, organize, or protect your files.

6 Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party services that collect data, such as:

Google Analytics
Facebook SDK
Advertising networks
Cloud storage services

7 Data Security

Your files are stored locally using your device’s storage.
You can optionally set a PIN to lock the App.
We do not have access to your PIN or your files.

If someone has physical access to your unlocked phone, they may be able to access the App’s data. Using a strong device lock screen + App PIN is recommended.

8 Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

9 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
